Kelsi was a rhythmic gymnast for more than ten years and as a member of the U.S. National Team completed both nationally and internationally. 

It was during this time that she was introduced to the Pilates method of body conditioning. Ten years later she rediscovered her love for Pilates and apprenticed to be an instructor under master teacher Dorothee VandeWalle.

Kelsi is passionate about maintaining the integrity of the original authentic Pilates method as envisioned by Joseph Pilates almost a century ago. She has a thoughtful yet dynamic teaching style and believes every workout should be challenging as well as fun with the goal that her clients leave each session feeling strong, reenergized and empowered.
